Ella Kids recognises that your privacy is important. All personal information gathered will be treated as confidential, and will only be used for Ella Kids Limited use. No information gathered will be passed on to a 3rd party without your prior consent. If for any reason you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please send an email to sales@ellakids.co.nz with the words UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject heading, we will endeavor to remove your address within 24 hours.
Returns:
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the garment/s within 14 days of receiving it and we will offer a credit less shipping costs. The garment/s need to be in an unworn condition and still have all labels attached. Before returning an item please send us an email sales@ellakids.co.nz quoting your name, reference number and reason for return. Any courier or postage charges are at your own expense.
Please note: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, if you return any garments due to wrong sizing.
All garments that are returned due to faults will be donated to Woman's Refuge or Child Cancer.
Damaged Returns:
While in transit, there’s a chance that packages can become damaged, if your order has arrived and been damaged, please take as many pictures as possible, this also includes photographing the packaging. Send these pictures through to us as soon as possible to sales@ellakids.co.nz
Please include in the email your: Name, Order Number, and a description of what has happened. Ella Kids could possibly need to have the items returned so please keep all packaging - failure to keep all damaged parts and original packaging could result in any replacement parts or refunds being issued.
Shipping:
$10.00 for track and trace courier New Zealand wide.
$15.00 for track and trace courier for Rural Deliveries, New Zealand wide.
$35.00 for shipping to Australia.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to a PO BOX, please provide a postal address for all orders.
Shipping Times:
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be shipped within 24 hours of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped within 48 hours or the next working day. Please remember shipping fees are not refundable on any returns.
